Yintuo has continuously developed its manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise in the stainless steel tubing industry. Through investment in production equipment, testing facilities and technology, the company has established an integrated production system covering cold rolling, cold drawing, piercing, heat treatment, degreasing and cleaning, bright annealing, straightening and precision finishing.
The company has an annual production capacity of approximately 2, 500 tons of stainless steel pipes and tubes. Its factory is equipped with 25 cold rolling and cold drawing units, 5 degreasing and cleaning lines, 2 bright annealing furnaces, 1 piercing machine, 6 straightening machines and finishing lines for nickel-based alloy tubes.

We manufacture according to internationally recognized standards, including ASTM/ASME, GB/T, JIS, DIN, GOST, SH, HG and DL. Our products cover 304, 304L, 316, 316L and other special stainless steel grades and nickel-based alloys.
Yintuo also provides customized manufacturing according to customer drawings, specifications, dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements and application conditions.
Quality and Certifications
Quality control covers the entire production process from raw materials to finished products. Our QC team inspects chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and surface quality according to applicable standards and customer requirements.
Depending on product requirements, we provide eddy current, ultrasonic, hydraulic, metallographic, hardness and intergranular corrosion testing. Finished products are inspected for surface condition, length, outside diameter, wall thickness, straightness and other key specifications before shipment.
Yintuo has obtained DNV ISO 9001: 2015 quality system certification, special equipment pressure piping production licenses (TS A1/A2/B), TUV CE, AD2000, GOST, SGS and other relevant certifications. Material certificates and inspection reports are available according to customer requirements.
